Actress Tracie Thoms, a graduate of Baltimore School for the Arts, is back in Charm City as part of the Cabaret Series at Center Stage.  Thoms played Joanne in the film version of Rent,  is a cast member of the TV drama Cold Case, and has appeared in numerous films and stage productions.
