In this episode we examine changes in Maryland’s environmental and agricultural policy under new Governor Larry Hogan. With: Elaine Lutz, attorney for the Maryland Office of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation; Ann Jones, director of Partners for Open Space; and Gerald Winegrad, attorney and Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland School of Public Policy where he has taught a graduate course on Chesapeake Bay Restoration since 1988.
