Today, the United States Senate passed a $838 billion dollar plan for economic stimulus.  Difference between the Senate version and the House version of the bill are yet to be ironed out, but it is clear that the federal government is about to spend a whole lot of money in an effort to improve the economy.  Marc spoke with members of Maryland’s Congressional delegation about their thoughts on the stimulus plan and what affect it will have on the economy.  He was joined by Senator Ben Cardin, Congressman Dutch Ruppersberger, and Congressman Elijah Cummings.
