• Maceo Hallmon, Director of the East Baltimore Youth & Family Services.
• Captain Herbert Watts of the Juvenile Grant Planning and Review Council,
• and Natasha C. Pratt-Harris, Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology & Anthropology at Morgan State University.

The Disproportionate Minority Contact Conference will take place on the campus of Morgan State University on Wednesday October 3, 2012.
