To start out today’s show, Marc talks with actress, dancer, storyteller and teacher, Maria Broom. Maria, a Fulbright Scholar who currently teaches at the Baltimore School of the Arts, is also known for her reoccuring roles in "The Wire" and "The Corner." We talk about her work with David Simon; her unique mentoring programs, The Dance Girls of Baltimore and the Bards of Baltimore; and her other recent projects.
