We learn about True Laurels, a Baltimore-based zine and website that is about to launch a print magazine. True Laurels honors the stories of dynamic, defiant artists through candid diaries, photography, reviews and editorials. With: Lawrence Burney, writer and editor of True Laurels; Grey Dolf, rapper, singer and musician; and Dave Barresi aka Secret Weapon Dave, who created mixes of 90s Baltimore hip hop.

True Laurels Issue 01 will be released at an event this Friday at Impact Hub Baltimore, 10 E. North Ave from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
