Paul Hill Jr., author, social worker, researcher, practitioner of rites of passage, and Founder of the National Rites of Passage Institute; and
Rashard Williams, co-founder and Lead Youth Cultural Organizer of the Youth Resiliency Institute.
We discuss how rites of passage can have a positive impact on reducing violence and incarceration, and increasing academic performance among children and youth.
