Garry Wills has written more than forty books, winning the Pulitzer Prize for Lincoln at Gettysburg: The Words That Remade America, and has counted among his friends many of the notable political and cultural figures from the last 50 years. His latest work, Outside Looking In: Adventures of an Observer, is an autobiography that offers snapshots of many of the important events he’s covered as a journalist, as well as some reflective pieces about his own family life.
