I wish to express my heartfelt sympathy to the family of Christopher Brown and all the families of all the victims of police brutality, ignorance, and excessive force across this country. It is beyond outrageous that Black people are killed EVERY 28 HOURS in THE UNTIED STATES OF AMERICA BY LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!!! This is an important bill and Delegate Carter on point, as usual, for having the wisdom and vision to push Christopher’s Law to demand that we are treated with humanity and that our lives are given value under the law. We would all be better off with more legislators like Jill Carter and Mike Smigiel that put people and common sense before party and politics. This bill MUST Pass!
