Then we sit down with two professors of law: Sherrilyn Iffil, from the University of Maryland Law School, and Paula Johnson from the Syracuse University College of Law, where she is co-director of the Cold Case Justice Initiative.  They join Marc to discuss the recent decision of the FBI to close many of the still pending investigations into civil rights era murders.
Read Professor Iffil’s op-ed about the closure in The Root.
