Today we take a look at an article published in Urbanite magazine this month that claims promoting bike-friendliness in cities brings about social change. The article cites that the murder rate in Bogota, Colombia dropped 76 percent after the city became bike-conscious. Our panel will discuss what a pro-bike culture could do for Baltimore and how our city can go about implementing a similar plan to that of Bogota.
