The second hour of today’s show was divided into two segments.
For the first segment, Marc was joined by guests to discuss the Mt. Auburn Cemetery, which happens to be the oldest African American owned cemetery in Baltimore, and the importance of preserving our nation’s African American burial grounds and historic sites. Our panel included:
- Reverend Douglass Sands – Board of Directors, Mt. Auburn Cemetery
- Dr. Deborah Newman-Ham – history professor at Morgan State University
- Diane Jones – Assistant Professor in the Department of Landscape Architecture at Morgan State University
- Aaron Bryant – curator at the James E. Lewis Museum of Art
For the second segment, Marc was joined by guests to discuss the current state of healthcare and political finance. Our panel included:
- Mike Dennison – reporter for the Lee Newspapers Montana State Bureau; writes for 4 daily papers in Montana, including the Billings Gazzette
- David Donnelly – National Campaigns Director of Public Campaign Action Fund
