We talk with Baltimore City School Principals who won the Heart of the School Awards in a ceremony Monday evening. With: Roger Schulman, President of Fund for Educational Excellence, host of the Awards; and Tammatha Woodhouse, Principal of Excel Academy at Francis M. Wood.
