Sunday marked the four-year anniversary of the horrible earthquake in Haiti. We take a look at the current conditions in that country, with:
journalist Yves Colon, who co-founded The Haitian Times and has worked in development media in Haiti, where he led a USAID-funded project on civic education through community radio;
journalist Amy Wilentz, who teaches in the Literary Journalism program at the University of California at Irvine and is author of the book Farewell, Fred Voodoo: A Letter from Haiti;
and Vox Sambou, who isoriginally from Limbe, Haiti and a founding member of the Montreal-based hip hop collective Nomadic Massive. He is the executive producer of an upcoming documentary called Jerry about Haitian graffiti artist Jerry Moise Rosembert.
