In light of Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake’s criticism last week of the Baltimore Police Department’s handling of a police brutality investigation and subsequent call for a plan to address acts of brutality, we turn to the topics of police accountability, body cameras, and the Law Enforcement Bill of Rights.
