    So, most human societies (if not all) have some religious belief (of course, we are counting polytheists, sun worshippers, etc.). What exactly does this mean?
    Given that all of these belief systems contradict one another (even Judaism, Christianity and Islam, despite being monotheistic, are mutually inconsistent), most of them are wrong, if not all of them. In other words it means the overwhelming majority of people holding those beliefs are buying into lies.
    In other words, “human beings are religious” is another way of saying, “human beings are gullible”.
