New York Times reporter David Rohde was kidnapped by the Taliban in November of 2008, along with his translator and driver.  While his wife, Kristen Mulvihill, worked with the government to coordinate a response to the kidnappers.  But after seven months without progress, he managed to escape.  He and his wife have co-authored an account of that time, and they join us today to discuss A Rope and a Prayer: A Kidnapping from Two Sides.
