Our panel of guests includes: Clayton Guyton, Executive Director of the Rose Street Community Center and former correctional officer; Ray Cook, community activist and youth advocate who works with youth in Poplar Grove; and Tara Huffman, Director of the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Program for OSI-Baltimore.
