Marc and his guests discuss the controversial firing of Nancy Forster, who was Maryland’s Public Defender. Forster refused to implement changes demanded by a governor-appointed oversight board because she believed it would destroy progress that the office had made. She also claimed she was fired in part because she refused to fire an African-America bureau chief. Marc spoke with Anthony McCarthy and University of Maryland Law Professor Doug Colbert about the issue.
