We discuss the new, stricter, youth curfew that was voted into law yesterday by the Baltimore City Council, as well as possible alternatives. Our panel of guests includes: Ingrid Lofgren, attorney at the Homeless Persons Representation Project; Sonia Kumar, staff attorney at the ACLU of Maryland; and Nyasha Dixon, Service Coordinator at the YES (Youth Empowerment Services) Drop-In Center.
