Arlene Holt Baker is the Executive Vice President of the AFL-CIO, and is the first African American to serve as an executive officer of the labor federation. She joins us today to talk about the future of the labor movement, as well as a new coalition of progressive people and organizations called the One Nation Working Together movement. On October 2, 2010 One Nation will be marching on Washington to demand that we put America back to work.
