Samuels, Managing Attorney for ACLU of Maryland’s Fair Housing Project and lead counsel on the ACLU-MD’s class action lawsuit to provide African American public housing residents in Baltimore City a choice in their housing locations in communities of opportunity; and Dayvon Love, Director of Research and Public Policy for Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle.
