Recently, the Maryland Court of Appeals ruled that pitbulls are an inherently dangerous breed of dogs.  It will affect the liability of pit bull owners across the state.  Our panel joins us to discuss the ruling.

  1. what a great, educational show! Kudos to Mark for having such well spoken people talking about a subject they know a great deal about. So important to have information out there instead of sensationalized media “reporting” and skewed numbers.

    Thank you for facilitating such an informed and well rounded discussion about the Maryland Court of Appeals ruling of pitbulls as inherently dangerous dogs. I’m a proud (and responsible) owner of two pit bulls and appreciated your taking the time to focus on all sides of the ruling, including the repercussions it is likely to have.
