Marc talks with Charlie Cooper, a Baltimore activist who helped found the Baltimore Ecomomic Crisis Response Network. Charlie recently wrote the Baltimore Sun op-ed, "Finally, a real job program." We’ll also talk to Christopher Costello, a partner of Public Sector Consulting Group, LLC (PSCG) and former vice president of Marketing and Human Resources for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce.
