BCAS has banned volunteers from photographing animals in the shelter, and the ACLU of Maryland has weighed in on the topic, calling the ban unconstitutional. Joining us are: animal rights activists Jody Rosoff and Kathy Soul; Deborah Jeon, Legal Director for ACLU-MD; and Antonio Campbell, Professor of Political Science at Towson University and former candidate for the Republican nomination for Baltimore County Executive.
