Page Croyder offers more ideas about Baltimore’s criminal justice system

In her latest commentary for CEM’s website, former Assistant State’s Attorney Page Croyder takes a look at the judicial system.  In particular, she examines Judge Nathaniel Braverman and argues that he is one of the answers to the question, "Why can’t Baltimore keep its violent criminals off the street?"
