College as the goal
You can definately be a carpenter, plummer, etc just as you can be a chief, designer, or doctor; however ALL of these professions require additional training above and beyound high school. Therefore, College should absolutely be the goal to reinforce to all students that addtional training is necessary to obtain success in whatever career they desire to pursue. And part of that responsibility falls on the BCPS system.
