HB90 Del Emmett Burns
I do not agree with Del Emmett Burns' "pre-emptive strike" by introducing this HB 90 for a vote. The people who will be affected are current residents and future residents who plan to move to this State of Maryland. This legislation will make our Great State less appealing to outsiders, and the long term effect will be a loss of the affected population who reside here. Even if I were to marry out of state, there would be less incentive to return to my Native Maryland, land of my birth. The only reason to return would be to fight this unjust legislation, if it passed.
