- Dr. Kim R. Holmes, a Distinguished Fellow at The Heritage Foundation, who oversaw the think tank’s defense and foreign policy team for more than two decades;
- Dr. John Quigley, Professor Emeritus in Law at the Ohio State University who served as research associate at the law department at Moscow State University in the 60s, and in 1994-95 served as an expert for the OSCE in facilitating dialogue between the government authorities ofUkraine and of Crimea on the constitutional status of Crimea;
- and Robert Parry,investigative journalist who broke many of the Iran-Contra stories during the 1980s for the Associated Press and Newsweek, and author of Neck Deep: The Disastrous Presidency of George W. Bush.
