We look at Baltimore City Paper‘s current Protest Issue, with some of the issue’s staff members and contributors: Karen Houppert, Editor-in-Chief of City Paper; Nia Hampton,writer and filmmaker who wrote an Op-Alt in this week’s City Paper titled “Somos Todos Iguais,” about her experiences watching the Baltimore Uprising as a Baltimorean in Brazil; Brandon Soderberg, Managing Editor and Arts Editor of City Paper; and Kwame Rose, Baltimore-based activist and musician who wrote the Op-Alt in this week’s City Paper, titled “Why I protest.”
