Hear an important educational town hall meeting I moderated earlier this week at Roland Park Elementary/Middle School: Less Testing, More Learning. Sponsored by the Maryland State Education Association, it brought together educators to address testing in our schools. Panelists were: Matthew Vaughn-Smith, a reading specialist at Bollman Bridge Elementary School in Jessup; Erika Strauss Chavarria, a Spanish teacher at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia; and Cheryl Colbert, IEP Chair at Digital Harbor High School in Baltimore.
